TROY, Mich., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Two leading providers of business performance improvement products and services, i3Logic (Troy, Mich.) and BEI Consulting (Clarkston, Mich.) have announced the merger of the two companies, according to Rom LaPointe, i3Logic president.

The merger caps a successful three-year business partnership between the two firms, in which both have worked together to serve national and international clients.

i3Logic and BEI Consulting are training and consulting companies that help clients achieve their business goals by offering services and advanced technologies to improve employee learning and overall organizational performance.

The combined management team comprises the officers of both companies, including LaPointe and BEI Principal Victoria Jarosz, who will lead operations and change management practice. Product development will be headed by i3Logic partner Peter Kelley.

The newly combined companies will operate under the i3Logic name and brand, with headquarters in Troy, Mich. Operations will also continue at BEI facilities in Clarkston throughout 2007. A move to a larger combined office is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.

Revenues for the company in 2006 were $2.7 million, with a projected total of over $5 million for 2007. Major clients for the firm include Pfizer, Inc., General Motors Corp., American Red Cross, Abbott Laboratories, DaimlerChrysler, the University of Michigan Blue Care Network, Flagstar Bank, and others.
